这个topic可以说与我们平时A-Level考试中碰到的题差别不大，只是相比之下难度稍微提升了一下。其中比较特殊的是关于tangent、normal的计算，在这边碰到的关于tangent、normal的计算，我们往往会用到implicit differentiation。而更需要注意的是每一个小问之间的相互联系，利用小题与小题之间的相互联系来解题。

STEP I 2009 Q2

在STEP中类似于(iii)的小题还是比较多的，这题的答案可能不止一个，但是题目希望我们用上面所给的一些线索，找到其中的一组答案就可以了。根据上面a和b的数值，我们基本可以确定r、s，一定跟a、b对应，而p、q就应该跟y、x对应了，所以我们先把x、y解出来。
